7. Important Shipping Information

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I am not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts delivery multiple times (usually 3 attempts) and fails due to recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to me. Reshipping charges will apply.

  • Delivery Acceptance: Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the outer packaging. If it appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery or note it on the receipt before signing.

8. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or octroi charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are not included in the price or shipping fee paid on my site. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
